Some folks's trash is other individuals's treasure.
Ask first and some society may be so impressed next to your initiative that they may collect it for you.
Sure why not? Maybe even donate them a shopping shoulder bag to crawl & promise to come it up once a week. Most race are glad to abet.
As long as you ask them first fairly than rummaging through their trash, I don't see a problem next to it.
Just be sure you seize the character that you can grasp bread on. You don't want to be hauling trash away for nil.
