Anyone else getting feed up of Virgin medium fault procedure?
I am feed up of that horrible music as we ring them, I am feed up of them sending technicians around, when here is zilch for them to repair, (If I am not surrounded by they would charge me, but if they don't turn up, they don't income me), but the individuals we speak to on the phone won't listen to the facts surrounding the failure.
They insist on sending a technician, and invariably within is nil to repair within my house.

Regarding your problem, don't know if you'd agree but I dont tend to dial them up at adjectives. As when next to telewest they have free number 150 very soon beside virgin broadband minister to they ask us to dial 09(something) which charges a fortune. I'd to some extent insist on you to move about to their website and directory a complaint or find any other method on their website and email them. I work for river board and they've standards. If cust complains, go against company's rating and can backfire. They really stipulation to amend seriously.
I singular use Virgin for my cell phone and I haven't have any problems.
Personally I prefer to avoid anything beside the Branson 'Virgin' Brand, it's usually not terribly right..
