Already patented invention?
I thought I have this great innovative view, merely to poke about online and find that it be patented 5 years ago.
It is NOT on the souk though. What give? What can you do if an theory is already patented but, the patent holder is doing nil near it?
Do you hold any option? I am guessing that you don't. But, I thought it wouldn't hurt to ask. Thanks!
