Is my $20 bill scarce?
its a 2004 tentative twenty dollar bill. the stern is %100 ordinary, the front however is not. the front is almost adjectives purple. The modern bills hold a slite tint to them but not similar to this. it's as if the bill be brused. i hold never see anthing similar to it and be wondering if it be a bloody item or adjectives item. adjectives of the guarantee features are here so i know its not conterfit. gratefulness for your thoughts. thankfulness alot
