How can I seize my money wager on??
I ordered shoes from a company and never received them. I sent them emails with a copy of my decree info, no response. Then I tried calling the company, the number is out of service. I tried a different number; the extension they told me to enter on their web site lead me right back to an automated menu relating me to enter an extension. It gives me two other option, both of which lead me to the exact same voicemail video recording. I've left dozens of messages and still, nil. If I can't get ahold of them, how can I obtain my money back? Is this serious to folder a police report? What are my options? I've ordered from them twice earlier without problems. Oh, and they've updated their website within the past two weeks, so I know it's still a business. Especially because they still took my money.
Answers: If you charged it to a credit card, notify the card company and ask them to withhold expenditure. that will solve the problem. but if you send them a check or wired money, you may be out of luck. In that overnight case, report it to the police and the Better Business Bureau. Also report it to the company hosting their web site. None of that may serve, but you have nought more to lose.
What is the name of the company?do they walk by another name. I will walk file a police report. if you salaried by credit card then i will report that as a fraudulent leisure. do the police report first the credit card people is going to want you to grain out paperwork.

Next time, try to pay near PayPal; they allow you to open a dispute almost a charge when there is a problem or non-delivery. I have to do that recently -my first and solitary problem buying online- and it was resolved at the double through their dispute system.
