I deliberate I get ripped sour?

I was on a sports car forum and found someone selling a set of rims & tires. To make sure that I did not own to pay the extra 3% that discharge pal charges the trader gave me their full dub & bank statement info. I went to a local wachovia and deposited 420.00 into their description. I have not received anything & the entity has disappeared past its sell-by date the forum.

Legally is there anything I can do??


Answers:    Nope. If you enjoy their name and address, you can sue them for non-delivery of commodities in small claims court, but I'd consider it a loss.
Lesson knowledgeable: That 3% charge actually does buy you something, besides the rims.
