I've never done it so hang on to that surrounded by mind, but I conjure up if you ship it overnight and the weather conditions are mild you could probably freeze it until that time sending. Again dont know much going on for chocolate so i dont know if that would alter the appetite of it.
Depends how far your sending it . I know broadsheet is great as an insulator...so anything you do wrap it within daily. If its a long trip surrounded by summer.you may want to look at whether you can ship it beside dry rime ? Some airlines allow dry rime...but not sure in the order of letters services.
I enjoy recieved chocolate from france within summer as a huge bubble of choclate goo. Doesnt look pretty but still taste great..
