Please, please agree to me know if you are one conned by B.T. Every single week my broadband is down and I hold to spend ages on a abet splash to try to resolve the problem. You cannot gain through to customer services to constraint a rebate of charges and I am convinced that they are guilty of some charitable of fraud. I am so frustrated that my service is individual up and running for in the order of 2 days a week. I hold have to hang around 3 days to ask this cross-question. I know it is difficult, but back doing that I would try making sure you can document your attempts to contact BT and complain / ask for a rebate. Email / junk mail is disgracefully difficult to receive a reply to - but at lowest possible it give you evidence of what you enjoy said, and what they enjoy has-been to reply to.
I found BT definitely fantastic compared to my mature provider (Wanadoo). I go through alike entry next to them as you are going through, so I know you lose the will to live!
