Is precise analysis widely used contained by stock analysis?

I see surrounded by China's stock open market, precise analysis is widely used to predict stock prices. People devote most time to analyze k lines, and graphs, and spend smaller amount time for deep analysis of financial information.
Is this the course traders do stock contained by US? What considerate of research/analysis will they do beforehand making final verdict to buy a stock (hopefully detail from most to smallest important)?

China's market are not but anywhere hard by as sophisticated as the US'. The market here mostly counter to bouncy investors who are newly looking for short permanent status returns. In the US, I would speak near is an even split between logical analysis and fundamental analysis, most investors do a combination of the two. Most investment companies here focus heavily on fundamental analysis.

Personally, I prefer the fundamental method, although I do settle attention to graphs that track the moving averages.
