then i post an e-mail .another e-mail from Fastway Courier Services utter that iam in position to receive the prize but i must pay cheque the excise what can i do ?

This sounds similar to a typicall scam of a group of culture changeably colllecting emails..or address claiming they "won" something..adjectives they hold to do is post a small processing tax to them..
