No refund, exchanges in 7 days near getting. No return/refund public sale & formal?

I bought a dress yesterday at a store and I've settled to return it but the bill said, "No refund, exchanges in 7 days beside reception. No return/refund public sale & formal."

Wot the hell does this be determined?

Answers:
-you cannot return it and grasp your money back
- you can exchange it for something else or probably a merchandise credit inside 7 days.
- you cannot return or exchange anything that be on mart or formal (formal wear i am assuming) intent the Dutch auction be final
It routine your screwed. Make the best of this
by exchanging the dress for something you similar to.
Some relatives buy stuff to wear at a event etc & then
return it the subsequent light of day. Nice agency to enjoy a current outfit
for every carnival but not so right for the store.
Not dictum you do this. This is
why some stores hold the no reimbursement policy.
Next time you know to ask something like refund before
buying anything.
