I don't know of any, but I can narrate you that if you are serious in the region of forming a non-profit bureau. You better return with former the hypothesis that it isn't going to cost some point to draw from it started. Further more it is incumbent upon you do to two things a. hire an accountant and b. hire a legal representative to minister to set it up. Remember that non-profits especially the untried ones really draw deeply of attention and the IRS will look at it totally closely.
