Need some Six Sigma guidance?

I own the opportunity to assist a small local company applying Six Sigma principles. I own rather a bit of Six Sigma training and tools to assist me (not to mention my MBA and such.) I own all the same to run into beside the company owner to take the low down in the order of any opportunity next to the company.

I want to take home as big of an impact to this company while rigourously applying Six Sigma. Does anyone own suggestions as to attributes to look for when select my project?

Would any Black Belt or Master Black Belt be interested in mentoring me via email/phone while I head this project?

Please recommend.

Do you know roughly iSixSigma.com? You might check them out and pose the ask on their board. There are also plenty of articles contained by their archive - accessible for free - that address topics approaching how to select and qualify a project.

(WARNING something like their Q&A board: There are profusely of pricks on their board - holier-than-thou (a)sses whose purpose within enthusiasm seem to be to show how much they know and that you don't. Still, it's worth looking and asking - newly be prepared.)
