I just now drafted a document, and after my supervisor reviewed (but did not edit) the document, she asked me to go beyond it on to two manager.
In the correspondance, would you state "(my supervisor) and I enjoy drafted this document", or simply "I drafted this document", or?
Obviously, if she didn't label any change, I did a obedient work, and it's nice to be conventional for that, but how would YOU word it to avoid stepping on any toes?

I hold drafted this document, and my supervisor (I would given name the supervisor) suggested I endorse it along for comment.
I would enunciate: "Please find attached a draft of the XXX document for your review".
You know you did it and they will know that since you sent it that you wrote it.
MMMM entail some credit, for your work? Says to me the examiner isn't doing a biddable opening of giving you that credit.
