Sounds close to a crap available job, but everything you mentioned seem court. An employer is not required to provide a free uniform, they can receive you recompense for that. They are also not required to provide any sort of benefits, even for full-time team, progress ask your local Wal-Mart hand. They can spawn you clock out for your lunch hour if they choose. The individual article that sounds funny is not getting any sort of break. I believe that requirements run something similar to one 15 minute break for every 4 hours worked. So you should be entitled to at lowest a 1/2 hour for lunch if you are working 9 to 5. Again, this break does not hold to be a remunerated break, they can gross you clock out.
