I've gotten a peach slip (form 3849) that says "Sorry we missed you! We redeliver for you!" And I stipulation to be present at time of transference to sign...Do you have to be >18 years ripened to sign for it? What about if I walk to pick it up at the post office?

Answers: If it is addressed to you, and you own an ID that has your designation and the delivery address, you can surely pick it up at your PO, or request redelivery for a daylight that you will be at home.
Unless it is endorsed as a Restricted Delivery item, anybody at the address may sign for it, or anyone can pick it up at your local Post Office.
