Example of a PLC and an LTD?
Could someone please give me an example of a Private Limited Company and a Public Limited Company?

Answers: Master Foods, the company who own Mars, the chocolate and food business is a LTD because it is privatly owned by a line and no one can buy shares from them.
The northen ridge, Northen Rock was until not long a PLC but i am not too sure now.
The primary difference between Public Limited Company (PLC) and a Private Limited Company (Ltd) is the Public Company's shares may be offered for Dutch auction to the general public.
