A friend of mine runs a Courier company. He have something like 12 drivers on his payroll. He have a incredibly large turnover surrounded by staff as the wages are low due to the humour of the work.
He is looking for ways to retain his staff.
Is within anyway within which could boost their moral or manufacture them more happier near work?
