Is this upper middle class or middle-middle class?

My father doesnt own a lofty university diploma on the other hand have a point within culinary university. my mother have a glorious conservatory amount. my father is a chef and my mother a waitress. my parents run and own a restaurant explicitly a nouns. together they both manufacture in the region of 100,000 dollars a year. they both work 70 hours a week. we own a really nice house beside a pool. we hold a corvette, and 2 other cars. I travel to France 12 times alone to progress see my relations. so would this construct us upper middle class or middle-middle class?
