Post resume online or emial?
I'm thinking of posting my resume on monster.com and careerbuilder.com. I be wondering, is it better to post your resume or emial them? You're usually given both option. I surmise the best road is to beckon but they usually don't provide numbers. Thanx!

You hold nought to lose by using these net sites. One consideration, though, is that if you are currently employed, your employer could discover that you are commission hunting if your resume is online.
If this isn't a consideraton, I would suggest posting the resume online to some extent than emailing. Email habitually doesn't receive through to the receiver, but get trapped here and near contained by spam filter. Also, masses citizens are so inundated next to email that they almost don't thought what is contained by their inbox. And thirdly, if you use HTML formatting in email, the formatting sometimes get distrorted and unreadable by the time the receiver receieves it. If you use plain article for formatting, the brave is not have it appear downright gruesome.
My suggestion, so, is to post contained by HTML.
