Will the USPS ship something next to the postage stamp dated for the date up to that time?

Ok, so my problem is that I bought a postage stamp through Click N Ship at www.usps.com
and it be dated to be shipped on the 25th,
and I took it to the post organization on that date but it be closed, so I dropped it surrounded by the box past I read that the second pick up be at 5:30 p.m., I dropped it at 7:00 p.m.
so I'm assuming the workers would own found it within on the 26th, will the post department ship my item if it be dated to be shipped on the daytime past or will it not,
because I go to check on the conferral confirmation number within the USPS page and it say the following:
Electronic Shipping Info Received

it doesn't speak anything just about the post bureau acceptance my item, please abet me out, thanks
