Refunding on Ebay?
All my items on Ebay say "as-is" beside no returns or refunds, I own somebody not happy beside their purchase so I am willing to compensation their money but I'm not sure the amount I should refund. Winning bid be $15.50 and shipping was 8.50 so the total come out to $24.00. If they pay to ship the item fund to me then what amount of money should I repayment them?? The $15.50 or the WHOLE amount?? I don't want to screw anybody over but I also don't want it to come out of my pocket because the item description does say no returns or refund. By the time I took money out of their payment to cover the shipping & after my wholesaler fees were taken out I in actuality only made $15.50 on the jeans so if I reimbursement the whole $24 I'm coming out short. It seem like any way one of us is going to come out short b/c they will own to pay to convey it back. What is right surrounded by this situation? Understand I'm not trying to screw anybody over but I want it to be fair. Thanks for any proposal.
