How soon will they seize my messages?

I sent a money order surrounded by mail to someone that lives 23 miles away from me.I used USPS (united states postal service?) how long will it steal for that person to find my mail? i sent the money lay down on Monday

Answers:    They should own it by now. A message to the same state take 1 or two days usually.
