A double act of shorts, advertise for $48.75, is individual sold at 25% rotten the untested price, what be the productive pr
Answers:
Dear KIM M,
The innovative price is $51.28
The calculation:
25% over $48.75 time 100%
The works:
25% over $48.75 = 0.5128205
0.5128205 x 100% = $51.28205
The answer: $51.28.
thats alot for a two of a kind of shorts...
$60.9375 -> $60.94
$60.94 (rounded up)
$65.00
60.94 smaller number 25% = $45.705
60.93
$65.00
Since 25% have be taken bad the resourceful price, $48.75 is 75% of the productive price, or 3/4. divide this by 3 (since nearby are lone 3/4 gone of the unproved amount) and you will find what 1/4 (or 25%) of the productive amount is. 25% equals $16.25. Add this to the marked-down price and you win $65.00.
Hope that made sense! That's a short time ago how my brain like to work such equations (I use fractions instead of multiplying percentage within my skipper, I try to get rid of headache when I'm shopping!)
This is how the equation would usually look near actual percentage used:
48.75 * .75 = 16.25 16.25 + 48.75 = 65.00
cheers!
$65.00 Gracie May is correct, I don't know what the guy above me be attempting to do, but it's wrong lol
Gracie is right but the proper path to do it - only just incase you find yourself next to a similar equation then is:
$48.75 divided by 75% (or .75) "the percent left" = $65 originally
a more difficult one you might find 32% sour = $50
$50 divided by 68% (or.68) "the percent left" = $73.53 originally
