Family member saloon is self worked on...Doesn't own the money to income for it?

One of my house member just now hit a deer. They still owed money on the motor. They sent it through to be worked on and get the bill. They hold to pay cheque it adjectives up front. They do not own any where on earth close to the money to pay envelope for it and they cannot receive a loan because their credit is horrible. My press is, since they still owe money on it from the hill, what will appear when the individual who fixes their coup¨¦ doesn't catch salaried?

the mechanic will bear your relative to civil court for the money owed and probly keep hold of the veh and charge storage fees too. if the motor register isn't rewarded the veh will be repoed too.
they should hold have insurance on the vehicle to cover the lay waste to and solitary entail to discharge the deductable. unless they didn't own full coverage or are driving w/o insurance which is a big no no when you still owe on the saloon. nouns co's require full coverage.
