Ebay customer not replying?
i sold an item to a customer and they said nearby not elated next to the product, i said if they want i can take a return sorted and full reimbursement, no reply, i next emailed them to contact me for my address to return the item, no reply, that be roughly 2/3 weeks immediately , i get annoyed and simply said if they lately want a discount lacking a return, NO REPLY, they contacted me to complain and threaten feedback afterwards when i tried to resolve the problem i haven't hear a word whats that adjectives in the order of?? should i purely discount and forget them? they are a brand new buyer and i know they hold recieved my ebay emails as she replied back foot to them, i don't know what else to do

Well if they haven't returned the item afterwards I would not settlement them, especially if they are a moment ago ignore you.
I would basically forget it, they are the ones who looked-for a repayment and are in a minute not following it through.

wait until the product is returned to you..later freshly convey a repayment. possibly they enjoy be on holiday?? do not depart from them positive feedback until you know what feedback they are going to walk off you! & if they go you a denial..you hold the casual to respond to it.
