Payroll is nought but Disbursement of Salary Payment to body of any organisation beside their adjectives dues viz., House Rent Allowaance,City Compensatary allowane and as per the Payroll policy of the Company the benifits &perks extended to their workers as per the Organisation's policy.
i dont know bout payroll...but provident fund is the contribution of the employer and hand to the equal amount which an member of staff can attain after retirement or he or she can renunciation when within want..it is 12.2% of ur unfinished remuneration.
he is also eligible for allowance organization afer 10 years of contribution to PF fund .
