i am getting board next to my company & career, (this may nouns resembling a broken record), But i am the owner of my own business, i hold get my company staffed near great workers that run point exceedingly proficient, beside little have need of for me to encumber or to disrupt the hours of daylight to year opperations...departing me near seriously of time on my hand, my wife works within her own business as all right, our children are presently grown..so i guess what i am asking is, what did you do to draw from over this hump, i am 44 years feeble still get greatly of energy to stir, i purely dont want to spend in dribs and drabs away !!

I be contained by like situation a few years ago. I have great workforce and sale be doing economically. I get too comfortable beside the complete arrangement and didn't stay lying on the trend. It almost cause my business to close. Now, the business is spinal column to common as it be a few years ago. However, I'm keeping up near the business environment by participating in business associations, get involved near the chamber, go on trade missions, etc. The most rewarding point I'm doing is to counsel childish teenagers and adults near my local church and local communities. They are fun and enjoy met profusely of interesting business inhabitants who I can also swot up somethings from their experience. It's also a great process to net and gain more business. Now, I'm also looking to expand the business by buying another and getting into a united business relationships beside another company.
I also took more break such as cruises. My wife have her own business and doing ably too. It's a thing of making time next to her. In the second two years, we own be to Bahamas, Taiwan, China, Singapore, Seattle, Philadelphia, and cruises etc. We really appreciate the reasonably time and enjoy an assortment of cultures more than we did previously. Now, we are planning an Alaska crusie and a trip to Bali subsequent year. Around Christmas, we be thinking of China and Thailand.
