If I work at a motor dealership and I am on training reward, am I still eligible for the wage if i quit?

I am one salaried $800 for two weeks of work (43 hours weekly), and the pay packet spell finished yesterday. I'm wanting to know if I am eligible for the remuneration, or if it would be reduced to minimum wage.

Answers:
I assume you own worked the two weeks and want to know if you will be rewarded the agreed upon amount.
That depends on if you signed a contract that specified how much longer that the training term you have to stay.
Get your paycheck first consequently quit so they don't influence it cost more to train you than what they be going to settle up you.
Although its not legally recognized not to payment you for work done, or time put within, since its such a small amount and you entail it worse than they do, find your check. I enjoy in reality have that come to pass to me when I worked for a saloon dealership too, and they never remunerated me at adjectives. No one care because within be no contract.
So gain your money.

There can be a long distance between what is lawful and what they in reality do.
Yes. If you work, you must be salaried. Even if that work is just "training" work.
If you enjoy perform the required work, you will obtain the agreed upon take-home pay. Once you quit you will no longer receive any earnings. however, if you agreed to some other arrangement when you be hired, that agreement will cart effect. for example, if you agreed that if you quit inwardly a solid training extent you will merely draw from partly your discharge, afterwards quitting in that term will not entitle you to the full amount.
