I want to construct a suggestion to my boss.and explain to him that we call for a coordinator in an specific nouns of the company...in reality i'm doing that errand but as a secretary, but I construe that's not balanced cuz I'm not lone doing book-keeping tasks.
I hold a correct relationship next to him but not sure if it is ok to ask for my own promotion !!

Tell him how much of your time you spend already 30% 40%? what ever doing it already and after explain what have you contained by that position full time would be determined to the company. Can you increase revenue? Upgrade customer service? What are the benefits that you individually bring and it is other easier to find a secretary to swarm that type of position than a specialist!? EH! Go for it and check the internet for pay price ranges so you can assert that as okay. IF he wishes you to train the unsullied party articulate yes logically but, set a deadline for when they hold to be "finished". Or you will still be doing a bit of both jobs=my old-fashioned boss give me 5 titles past I well-read this trick! He never agree to me finish doing any of the old-fashioned job and be shocked when I fixed to hand down. Offered me anything to stay! HA-I walk!
