The buyer want to maintain the item and discount money?

i bought few items as original from wholselle website which i can prove that they hold out me as original and 1 year warrenty , and later i sold them on ebay and all buyers be happy apart one of them,she say the item is copy and you should refund my money by paypal dispute and hold on to the item too, but i told her if the item is copy is my supplier fault because i bought them as orginal,and i obligation it to prove the item this is copy and i told her send the it rear legs i will refund money as soon as i recieve the item, but she dose not adopt it and she wants to own the money and keep the item,is that right?
and also she say paypal told me to dont send it backto you!
Answers: Paypal would never give an account someone to keep an item close to that. You need to inform Paypal of what is going on. Best to forward the buyer's entire e-mail to them for review so they can see what is up.
