Non-recieved item on ebay?
so just about 3-4 weeks ago, I ordered something from ebay. It still have not arrived. At first the trader said he sent it a few days belatedly and that it would be arriving soon, but still, not here. I checked the USPS tracking number, and it said the bunch have be deliver surrounded by my nouns code, so im thinking that he only screwed up the address. Now, I regard he is ignore me, because he think it be deliver, so vitally i cant communicate beside him. I escalated a dispute within paypal, but I'm not sure what will develop.
Does anyone own any experience surrounded by this situation, or can someone submit some counsel?

Unless he can provide proof of conferral, you will win PP dispute although you will lose some of the money to Ebay/Paypal - in the UK it is lb15.00. DON'T close the dispute until you bring back a result - his PP explanation will be frozen so he might lately want he can communicate near you!!

If the tracking number shows it be deliver than paypal and ebay will do nought nearly it. Sometimes you basically grasp screwed on ebay. You hold to remember ebay is 80 percent fraud.

She never said that she posted it - she freshly cashed my cheque and unseen adjectives communication - after three weeks or so of me trying to get hold of her communicate - and going down the route of asking Ebay for a compensation (which be roughly 5% of the money lost) - I sent her a totally bogus communiqué to her home address (where I have sent the cheque) informing her that I have file beneath the Small Claims Court within the Local Court quoting ridiculous sub-sections of law apertaining to 1926 (Theft and Miss-Selling) ALL RUBBISH but it sounded totally convincing - also stating that I have reported it to the police as aggravated burglary of cheque.
It did the trick and I get my discount roughly speaking 7 days next!

I construe that it is the seller responsibility to ensure the item get to you -he must know how to report you what address he used - contact him outside of Ebay - message, phone - anything. If he put the wrong address on it - which he must enjoy or it would own reach you - at lowest possible you coud find out where on earth it go.
Sorry I can't be of much facilitate but I do decision you luck - and by the passageway -the previous comment that said Ebay be 80% rip-off - the above be my ONLY bleak experience surrounded by going on for 5 years of trading on Ebay - buying and selling.
