Can the business association certain as a "broad partnership" be publicly traded?

The "standard partner" (sometimes erroneously referred to as a "common partnership") of a set partnership can indeed be a publicly traded company, but this is a different interview. Also, I know that set partnership can be publicly traded. My interview, however, is whether a common partnership --which is composed individual of partner who muddle through the partnership and are liable individually -- can be a publicly traded entity. Thank you!

I suppose it might be possible in premise, but solitary a fool would buy it.

A standard partner have responsibility for the debts and act of the partnership, even if he didn't individually bring piece within them.

A set partnership would be more imagined to deal in publicly, and it's be done.
