It is difficult to voice exactly as their is no actual definition of stronger and weaker here scenario. If the dollar is falling against other currencies it is said that it is getting weaker, but like peas in a pod would be occurring if adjectives other currencies be getting stronger.
Generally it is feel that the dollar have helpless as relations are looking at other market, especially emerging market approaching China. A weaker dollar make exports cheaper and import more expensive so it is also helping near some of the trade inequality which the USA have be experiencing lately.
