that i can buy stuff from amazon or any online store ,

how much fees should i money to get hold of one ?

You can receive a debit card from PayPal.com and you can by some items from eBay.com and Half.com. I don't know to much give or take a few Amazon.com. There is Shopzilla.com also.
Not everyone will ship that far but these are some of the biggest online stores.
