I am working on inventory spreadsheet (excel) I entail formula for amount missing from inventive amount received.

Example 1 : F23 represents level recieved (2). G23 represents total contained by stock (0). H23 desires to represent body missing from unproved degree recieved. which would be (2)? :(

Example 2 : F24 represents amount recieved (5). G24 represents amount contained by stock (4). H24 requirements to represent mass missing from ingenious amount recieved. which would be (1)? :(

Colom G wishes that formula can some one please helpme !?

This is a special project requested by the owner of the company I work for and i enjoy simply started the available job. I own the entire work book complete except for this one nouns and i am stumped. I know it would be so much easier to enter it manually but I would a bit hold the formula to accumulate time within the adjectives.

Answers:
within cell H23 type: "=F23-G23"

This is really primary. the equals sign (=) other starts a formula equation, after you can simply click on the cell that you want to append, subtract, multiply or divide
It sounds approaching adjectives you inevitability is

=F23-G23

You can consequently drag that to any other rows that you inevitability matching sums for.
Type this in the box:

=f23-g23

after hit "enter". For the remaining of the boxes, copy and bond this formula and it will do the work for you.
in H23 for example type =F23-G23 later press enter. Reselect H23 and click and hold the blackbox within the lower right corner and drag it down as far as vital to compress the remaining boxes next to like peas in a pod equation.
It sounds similar to you are calculating shortage (the difference between the amount you calculated you should hold on paw, and the amount certainly on hand). We'll ring up 'on mitt' the amount your inventory say you should hold (recieved minus sold). We'll send for 'surrounded by stock' the actual amount surrounded by stock according to an inventory.

So, shortage=on appendage - contained by stock or
shortage = recieved - sold - surrounded by stock

When I tried to put this into an excel formula, I notice you don't own a sold column. So I guess you be of late calculating 'sold', or 'missing'. The formula is lately subtraction, contained by column H24 put contained by the formula =F24-G24. (Note that calculating sold, in stock and on paw is prone to human error. You will probably want to hand-check that the amount you expect you own is the amount you if truth be told own.)
check this connection its good
