I own sold 15,000 lbs of product Domestically surrounded by the USA, the customer have a claim that 7000 lbs is not workable, due to color of the product, customers PO have no notation on Color capacity. I am predisposed to discount the product but the buyer desires me to incur shipping charges when the product be priced FOB, in a minute to my insight to be exact the buyers responsibility, any feedback?
