DirectTV: Has this surface to you? Long?

We signed up for DirectTV service within April 2006. We also signed, remunerated for, the equipment protection plan. In January 2007, one of the beneficiary completely stopped working. Service dept said return and sent fresh one. Never informed accepting beneficiary constituted different contract.I This not surrounded by the residence and agreement per se. Asked CS to notify me exactly where on earth surrounded by the expressions and agreement, lease PS, and protection plan jargon and agreement that it states that activation of a replacement heir intitiated a foreign contract. She could not share me. She stated it is company policy and protection plan just save me $69.00 (cost of foreign box) and does not situation surrounded by the activation. Protection plan is 5.99 month. This doesn't construct sense due to $4.99 lease tax applies regardless from whom box is purchased. In mixing if you receive a box and don't spark off, direct tv can charge a allowance. Is this legally recognized? To whom other attorney common can I complain?
