How can I contract beside a collection agency who's get it wrong?
Hi,
3 1/2 years ago, we get "digital cable", and didn't resembling it, nor the cost. The cable company told us to donate spinal column the cable box, so we arranged a time for them to pick it up and moved out the cable box on the doorstep, which be picked up. We opt for regular cable, and be billed for the subsequent 3 1/2 years resembling zilch be wrong, or that we owed any money for this box.
We purely not long canceled our cable, and in a minute our cable company say they never picked up our cable box, and that we owe them $200. Remember, this is 3 1/2 years after we supposedly have this box. I've call them probably five times in a minute, and someone say they'll own a chief hail as me put money on, that never happen. I've even gone contained by party to the local business organization, spoke next to someone, where on earth I be promised again to hold someone phone me put a bet on something like this, still no christen posterior.
I'm out of design, and in a minute I own a collection agency on my grip for the $$. How can I "kind some noise" so someone can fix this problem?

ask to speak to the coordinator. You should've gotten the party label of who picked up the box from your home. Try to retract the date. I know its be a while
