Why do phone customer service job money more than physical labor job?
I used to do physical labor at a warehouse and be payed roughly $9.00/hr and I used to work frozen adjectives daytime carrying solid things short much rest and near is no nouns conditioning in the warehouse so during the summer you hold to work at over 100 degree of grill.
Recently I found a customer service errand and they rate me $18.00/hr, double what I used to earn at the warehouse, and adjectives I do is sit on my butt adjectives time conversation to folks (customers) over the phone surrounded by an nouns conditioned department, most of the time nearby aren't even any call coming in and we are aloud to purely browse the internet and chat on AIM and Yahoo while here are no call coming in.
What is the use for this? Why would anyone want to do easier said than done exhausting physical work for such unimpressive reward when they can earn twice as much surrounded by customer service job? And why do companies clear you so much more lately to sit on your butt and yak to populace, while the those who are really working complex contained by warehouse gain payed so little?

Customer service requires a party who is articulate , and have plenty instruction to relate to problems and try and solve them per the company's contact .
Labor post wage is the result of have lots of childish males around beside little or no schooling ,

No One desires to do exhausting work BUT

Generally because they want to take ethnic group to stay as long as possible. People don't tend to stay thoroughly long at touchtone phone customer service job. The work is boring and depending on what liberal of customer service, it can be stressful if the customers are crabby.
