My wife have have bosses that allow her room to breathe and seize her mission done. She is not slothful by any routine, is organized, and get her work done. Now she have a boss that micro-manages her... or have started to. The boss is contemporary to the company and the pasture. Boss have simply be here for a week or so, but things are not looking great.
