Has anyone have a nightmare experience buying goggles online?

i have a hellish experience next to go-optic.com. i rewarded $206.95 for goggles near polarized lenses but be sent regular ones. when i first complained, go-optic refuse to bear responsibility at adjectives. consequently they offered to with the sole purpose charge me for HALF the lens switch. finally, they allowed me to return them -- at my expense. since i live in topical zealand, this cost me over $60. but my problems merely begin nearby. because my mother sent me the eyeglasses from the usa , the return get stuck contained by customs. despite repeated call from the shipping company, dhl, go-optic did nought to abet. i wound up making numerous overseas call to both dhl and go-optic. finally, go-optic REFUSED nativity, and the specs are on their approach vertebrae to me at my expense. they refuse permission for to return for the incorrect lenses, even if i email them a photo that proves they do not receive depressing contained by the sun!!

any planning as to where on earth i can complain roughly this? this is the worst customer service i own ever received.
