Does adjectives eBay transport their products by e-mail ?
I hold much songs and I want to flog them. Can I upload it on eBay and get rid of them when the customer download them or I must convey customers these songs on CDs by messages ?

Unless you own the rights to provide copies of the songs, afterwards e-bay will probably not allow this type of public sale.
Selling your used, origina CDs is no problem, but you can't, officially flog burned copies of the CDs or downloaded copies of the digital files. It would start yourself up to lawsuits. Same issue for ebay. THEY could procure sued for letting you. (remember the inventive Napster?)
Different if you be selling your own, inventive music. You can put on the market those any approach you want.
