Need pro/cons for working at USAA,in non hail as center aera!?

I'm surrounded by the second phase of interviews and would appreciate any member of staff feedback on the company. Much of what I've see online have be unenthusiastic and seem to be focused contained by the customer service departments. Can anyone provide work environment and company culture feedback for areas within IT, HR or other non customer facing positions?

I own not worked for USAA, but I hold be a customer for 20 years. I love the company and own never have a problem near them.
