Businesses: What are you looking for when donating to non-profit groups?

Hi. I'm the director of a performing arts non-profit group. We're currently creating our sponsorship information packet. We've brainstormed some planning and I programmed them below. My interview to you is as a business what are you looking for in return (if anything) from the group you are donating to. Are nearby any other reason that would gross you hold out your business donation to one group over another? Thank you so much!
Our current planning are:
-Your business logo feature surrounded by adjectives printed marketing materials for our show, including tabloid ad, brochures, and show posters.
-Full page hoarding surrounded by our show program
-Your logo and a cooperation to your website from our website
-Block of 20 tickets to our performance
-Recognition of your business in our Lobby back, during, and after adjectives 5 performances.

Answers:
That's sounds great to me! Depending on the price you're asking I can't see why a business would turn that brand of hype down if they hold the bread flow.
