My husbands company is transfering us 400 miles. What shoud we expect the employer to compensate?

2 months ago the employer informed us that they needed us to move asap 400 miles away, next they said hang around 3 months. We are suppost to sign another lease or retribution an extra $250. a month untill we move or we can sign the lease and loose $1800. when we break the lease. What should we expect the co. to recompense for overall? What should we ask for?

Answers:
He should be paying every expense it costs to move.
the extra rent and moving expenses..(looking for a unknown house...or finding one to rent)
You should ask for adjectives of your moving expenses, conditional housing, storage of household products, and any loss you purloin on your current residence.

If the company doesn't clear that, you can still reduce by it sour of your income taxes.
I cogitate that if you bring it up to the employer as a cost of the move, they collectively will cover it. ($250 a month)

Explain that the additoinal cost is from the transformation contained by expectations that they laid out.

They will not cover the $1800. And don't sign a lease that you will own to break.
it depoends on the position my commission transfred me and I dident take antthing but I be a particularly low leval employe realy they dont hold to present you anything merely ask for what you want and be obliged for what you bring
