Why are most call for centers so offensive? Why is Dominion/Virginia power allowed to turn unchecked?
They are the just winter sport contained by town, on the other hand they refuse permission for to provide restrained customer service. The state corporation commision specicically said that Dominion's collections policy is completely unregulated. The FTC have no juristiction, the state have no juristiction. They can do anything they want.
