Secondly, spawn your answers as short and concise as possible. If the press is, "Can you provide 24 hour service?" and you can, your answer is simply "yes", not "yes, we own 13 population staffing our center, 3 of which are on the overnight blah blah blah blah blah".
If you seize to the point where on earth you're man considered and they want specifics, you can highly wrought at that point.
See if you can gain the end look at the bid earlier the conclusion is made. You'll hold to be surrounded by pretty tightly beside the decision-makers for this, but SOMEONE other get that final look and make the judgment to adapt or not transfer their responses.
