While I register on eBay...?
While I register in eBay to flog, they ask me for money within "Register: Confirm Indentity" say me "we require a credit or debit card to confirm your identity"...
How much this tax is? Does anyone know?

Ebay doesn't charge a tax simply to verify your identity. Lots of websites require a credit card very soon in recent times to check that you're 18+ and that you're not registering below multiple identity.
Any wearing clothes website will communicate you up front exactly what the fees are for their services. Besides, if you find that you get charged a tax for something that you didn't income for, write your credit card company to contest it!
