If you don't enjoy customers coming through the front door on a regular starting place you will be OK. My partner and I enjoy traded on Ebay from rented lodgings for copious, plentiful years. Never have a spot of bother next to landlords, whether I've told them or not. As long as they acquire their rent and the house is tidy, they don't really prudence.
